Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

5 year warranty on all products.

 

Warranty is covered on all rollers, cellular blinds, fauxwood blinds, sheer horizontal, zebra blinds, vertical blinds, mini blinds. As long as the products is not misused, not tampered with and has all manufacturers seal components tags in certain areas and are not removed or unsealed.

As long as the products have not been taking apart, tampered with reinstalled and all installer seals throughout the product are still intact.

 

If the warranty is void because of the above conditions

There may be a minimum of an $85 trip charge plus the cost of parts if needed for replacements or repairs
